Trading systems are digital products: once the files have been sent they cannot be taken back. For that reason:
Before delivery
If you have paid but we have not yet sent you the system, you can cancel and receive a full refund.
After delivery
Once the system has been delivered, payments are not refundable because the system performed badly in the market. Trading results are never guaranteed — see the risk disclosure.
If something is wrong
If the system does not install or does not run as described on its page, tell us on WhatsApp. We will help fix it, and if we cannot, we will refund you.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are paid back the same way you paid — EFT to your bank account, or crypto to an address you give us — less any bank or network fee.
